Payment Options

Unpaid balances, including all applicable co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles and any non-covered services are the responsibility of the patient and must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the statement. Payments may be made via

As part of its mission, Fremont Health provides quality care to all who need it, regardless of ability to pay. If you do not have health insurance or are concerned that you may not be able to pay for your care in full, we may be able to assist you. Fremont Health provides financial assistance to patients based upon their income, assets, and needs. In addition, we may be able to work with you to arrange a manageable payment plan.
